3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees and Payment
Access to certain features of our platform requires payment of fees. All fees are specified on our website and are subject to change. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.
5. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All subscription fees, license key purchases, and account activations are final and non-refundable
- No refunds will be issued for unused portions of services
- No refunds will be provided for any trading losses or dissatisfaction with trading results
- Subscription fees and activation costs cannot be refunded once the service has been activated
- In cases of technical issues, we will work to resolve the problem rather than issue refunds
6. Risk Disclosure
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that:
- Past performance is not indicative of future results
- Trading forex and other financial instruments involves significant risk of loss
- Automated trading results may vary between accounts
- You are responsible for your own trading decisions
- EAconnect does not guarantee any specific trading results
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of EAconnect and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EAconnect be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
